DeleteI've never been to Hawaii, but my parents were there Nov 1968. Last May my daughter and her husband went there for conference and I talked them into going early and enjoying it before the conference started. They had a great time. My son in law's mother was born there before it was officially a state!

Aloha, Kathy - So nice to meet you this morning at The Book Club. Even if you can't come to Hawai'i YET, you can be taken away to the islands through books. I love the power of books to take us away from it all.
DeleteI went to Maui when I was 12 with my parents. I would love to go back one day. Maybe someday. I have a friend who lives on the big island. He and his wife work for a big hotel and they always post pictures on Facebook. So jealous. lol. :) Thanks for the giveaway!
